Refund Policy

Conditions for Return

 

1.  Delivered Product is physically damaged (destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival), incomplete (missing parts).

 

2.  Delivered Product is incorrect i.e identically different than the ordered one (delivered product is different than the image of the product when ordered).

 

3.  Product-specific conditions apply for acceptable return/refund requests.

 

4.  Change of mind is not acceptable at all. Please note that request for return/refund due to Change of Mind or “No Longer Needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package etc) – is eligible for selected products and such request may be entertained at the discretion of Foodfex only.

 

5.  Please note that certain items are not eligible for return.

 

6.   For device-related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window (3 Days), we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

 

Things to ensure for your Return/Refund Claim

 

1. You have to make a return/refund request within 03 days of receiving the delivered product.

 

2.  The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can only be returned if there is a size mismatch and/or item mismatch. In any other case, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

 

3.  The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.

 

4.  The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Foodfex packaging, it must be returned in the same condition as the invoice. Do not put tape/stickers or scratch on the manufacturer’s box.

 

5. Refunds shall be processed in 7 to 10 working days.
